Grief Tending my way through life...a letter to Spring Equinox....

Dear Spring,

In response to your tenacious arrival, I do acknowledge you are here, although, I disagree with your timing. 

I do thank you for consistently showing up in my life and providing support in the form of new beginnings, the bringer of the light, and growth, but I will pass on your offer at this time as I wish to continue to grieve on my timeline.

I would also like to acknowledge the possibility of reintegrating spring into my life at a later date and would ask that you remain flexible, open and compassionate to the continued and unconditional support in my healing.
